We had such a great time visiting Champagne Salmon. The tour of their productiin facility was very cool, and their champagnes are some of the best that we tasted during our visit to the Champagne region. Highly, highly recommend! Be sure to make an appointment!
The lovely, knowledgeable lady was so friendly at this tasting from a family company of 3 generations. Their champagne is specialising in Meunier which I had never tried. Very delicious. Very interesting to hear of the process for this house in a quiet and quite private tasting.
One of the best places to visit in Champagne. Alex Salmon is a LEGEND! The champagnes are beautiful and great to discover the Meunier grape. It is a must visit if you are driving through Champagne. Make sure to make an appointment!!!
