It's hard to know where to begin, we were so thoroughly entertained. Pierre catered our wedding on July 18th. We received a very warm welcome from him and his wife at their establishment in Poissy, and we communicated several times to ensure everything was perfect. Even though it wasn't easy (we live an hour from Poissy and are only available on Saturdays), they made themselves available to support us as best they could. Pierre guided us and made suggestions that immediately delighted us and were unanimously praised by our guests, whether for the cocktail hour, the meal, dessert, or brunch. The portions were more than generous. The entertainment during the cocktail hour was also greatly appreciated. Everything was excellent from start to finish, and all our guests were amazed by the quality of his service (food and service). The value for money is unbeatable. He was also exceptionally professional and handled several unforeseen issues seamlessly. We will definitely call on Pierre again, without even waiting for a special occasion to enjoy his excellent cuisine. Beyond the warm hospitality of the Coeurjoly family, the exceptional quality of their products is remarkable; the charcuterie, in particular, far exceeded my expectations (I highly recommend the Guéméné andouille sausage). I also had the pleasure of seeing them cater an engagement dinner, and the celebrations were truly exhilarating, the service impeccable, and the food exquisite.
