This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! 😍 Our third visit to celebrate a birthday! The staff is incredibly welcoming, the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented (kudos to the Chef and his team 😉), the decor is gorgeous... In short, a truly wonderful experience! 🤗 We will definitely be back!!!!

I've eaten there several times and I'll be back. It's modern cuisine, so don't expect traditional Basque food; it's more like a Parisian bistro with a Basque, even Spanish (rich) touch. The meat is very good, but the seafood dishes (tuna, octopus) are just okay in comparison. However, we forgive them because we're practically right on the water, by the Canal Saint-Martin...

Beautiful experience, excellent food in a truly welcoming and elegant place

A really good and cozy restaurant. The service is efficient and friendly. However, the noise level in the dining room is unbearable, especially if there's a large table and even worse if the guests are Americans.

Superb place. Discovered during a dinner with colleagues. Attentive staff, excellent food, and a great location overlooking the canal. The portions are generous and the food is clearly prepared with passion. Comments are taken seriously to improve the dishes, which are truly excellent. I highly recommend it.
