The engagement of my sister and my brother-in-law took place in this reception room located in Alfortville. The setting is nice, large, spaced out and warm. Indeed, at reception, some of the workers do not speak French fluently but they are keen to help and are very cheerful. Today, with tools like Google translate, you have the possibility of being able to say what you want without really tiring yourself out... so an effort on the part of visitors wouldn't hurt anyone! As for the guests, some took the opportunity to sleep at the hotel directly and really enjoyed it. It’s a good experience that I recommend.

The service was bad, they didn't clean the room in the 3 days we were there, they only made the bed, the room smelled damp, the bathroom was full of mold and since they obviously serve Chinese people they scold you and call attention to you in the restaurant if you don't use a tray, the Tasty food but no variety and the coffee machines a little dirty, I really didn't like the service and the hotel

Before covid was much better, they had a separate breakfast for drivers, now it is very terrible, and it is also quite dirty, the only thing that is good is safe parking

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and respectful room staff. Reception staff less friendly. Varied breakfast open early in the morning. The rooms are pleasant and the little extra is the balcony in each room.

Good morning, I took my daughter and my parents for their wedding anniversary to the restaurant and it was great. The server was professional and the food was excellent. My parents ate well. The portions are huge and we were able to take our meals away. Bravo to the kitchen staff who are often forgotten. Too bad there is the language barrier to communicate. I advise you to visit the garden before leaving the premises. Welcoming hotel staff. Thank you so much.

The hotel-restaurant is magnificent 🤩 its unique architecture can be seen from the highway. Unfortunately, I have never stayed in this hotel, but I can say that the building has benefited from several works to improve the comfort of customers, it is rather very well maintained, several tourist buses flock in which is quite a good sign🤩😃 in addition it is located not far from the highway so it is close to the center of Paris or other tourist places. The hotel is located at the crossroads of the two rivers La Marne and La Seine🤩 personally I love this place where I can during a sports session or a walk admire this natural phenomenon the two natural powers converge 🤩

11/08/2024: Good morning, We went to ROGINA to celebrate my son's birthday. From memory, having been once in the past, I have fond memories of it. However, last Friday, I was very surprised. The welcome and service was good except that I ordered a Norwegian salad and in this salad, there should normally be an avocado. Simply, when it was served to me, no avocado, it was a kiwi instead. I didn't realize it right away. I didn't say anything to the waitress but still the price of an avocado is not the price of a kiwi. I would have appreciated if the waitress had warned me. I can understand that the restaurant could no longer have an avocado and replace it with a kiwi but by correction warn the customer. But not a word there. When paying the bill, I told the waiter that we were splitting the bill in two, between me and my friend. The bill was 69 euros. The waiter divided into 2 and said we each had to pay 35 euros. Once again, I didn't hit it at the time. My friend reacted to him and told the waiter 35 and 35 doesn't make 69 euros, it makes 70 e. The waiter returned the rest to us with displeasure. It's not 30 cents that saddens me, but in one evening, twice, I feel like I've been cheated on both the salad and the bill. Otherwise the pizza was very good, the salad too. I would also like to take the opportunity to make a suggestion. The menu card we were given was not brand new, a little torn. It would be desirable to redo a menu card worthy of ROGINA
