A very warm welcome on a charming terrace. Homemade, flavorful cuisine, delicious gazpacho, and a gourmet coffee with a selection of regional sweets... a delight!

Excellent restaurant in a beautiful, unpretentious setting. Warm and professional welcome. I had the anchovy fillets on a bed of peppers and crisps. Very original and delicious at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We just arrived from La Rochelle, on holiday, visiting, among other things, the magnificent village of Castelnou. We stopped at "Comme chez Mémé" for a meal, highly recommended after visiting the castle. What can I say? Just excellent, perfect welcome, top-notch! Located in the heart of one of France's most beautiful villages, the restaurant offers a timeless escape where you truly feel... at Grandma's. Special mention goes to the charming terrace, the delicious tapas, the craft beers, and the wines from local producers that perfectly complement the meal. Every dish exudes simplicity, quality, and a passion for good food. But what truly sets it apart is the soul of the place and the kindness of the staff. You arrive as a customer and leave feeling like you've been welcomed by friends. A sincere, gourmet, and authentic place that we wholeheartedly recommend. Every time we passed through Castelnou, stopping there became mandatory.

Don't miss it. Very welcoming. Excellent value for money. Original cuisine. Steak and fries fans, this isn't for you. Worth the detour.
