The staff is generally courteous. On the other hand, having my bag laminated at the entrance bothers me. Each time I don't have my hands free since I have to carry my bag in my hand without having a hook. I regularly avoid this store because of that honestly. I even broke an item because I was restrained by my plastic bag in one hand and a glass can in the other hand. I know we can leave it at the entrance but I have absolutely no confidence.
