Crousty delice sur Chalons-En-Champagne

29/03/2026: We were having a lovely family meal until the owner started belittling Samantha, the kind waitress who looked after our table from beginning to end. She did everything she could to make sure we had a wonderful meal. But when dessert arrived, the owner came by and ruined the atmosphere by criticizing Samantha's service. Without him, the meal was pleasant and relaxed. I really don't appreciate this behavior. When an employer has a comment to make to an employee, they shouldn't do it in front of the other customers. He spoiled the atmosphere at our table. It's a shame. The meal itself was very good.

29/03/2026: Thank you to Samantha for the impeccable service. No complaints whatsoever. Regarding the remarks made to the employees in front of customers, that needs to be addressed… Otherwise, the meal was excellent.
