Del Mondo Pizza sur Reims

This is my first time eating here and the pizza was super good and my friends loved the chicken. You guys are the best!

I've been ordering from you for a long time and I've never had a problem until tonight. I placed an order for 10 wings and some potatoes. The order was confirmed over the phone, then I received a call back later to say that there were only 5 wings left. I was offered a replacement, but since I'm gluten-free, I couldn't have the tenders. I was then told that they would add some salad. An hour later, the delivery arrived. The total was €10, and the receipt stated 10 wings. I checked the order, and there were only 6 wings. After speaking with the manager, I was told that the price remained the same because "some things had been added." In reality, only a few lettuce leaves had been added. When I refused, the manager decided to apply the €8 price as an "exceptional" measure. For your information, on the website, 5 wings cost €6, so the billing is still difficult to understand.

As a regular customer for two years, I'm never disappointed by the quality of either the service or the pizzas. I highly recommend it!

Excellent pizzeria! I love the crust, the toppings are always generous and high-quality, and the delivery is super fast. I even recommended them to my company for our Secret Santa meal: they were very professional, and all my colleagues thought the pizzas were excellent. I highly recommend them!

Without a doubt the best pizzeria in Reims, with a wide selection and excellent toppings. Plus, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. And they have been for at least 10 years! Thank you!
