Well located hotel with metro nearby, shops, restaurant. The rooms are acceptable. The double glazing is excellent, you don't hear the noise from the street, but on the corridor side it's another story... The staff is top notch, smiling, polite, friendly and accessible, +++ for them.

Top service, friendly and warm team (special mention for Jovani, good advice!). Room meets expectations, clean and new bathroom, great pressure in the shower, perfect Zénith proximity... in short, flawless! 🙌

For the price, its okay. 24H check in and check out. Staff speaks some english. Daily room service includes vacuum (i think). Close to metro #5. (Although 5Metro had works done, still close to porte de pantin but would add 20mins compared to taking #5 Metro. Otherwise still very accessible if not bothered with walking). Boulangerie, convenience store, and KFC nearby 😂 Hot shower available with toiletries. Elevator. - Rooms are too dusty, and could use a good wet vacuum clean. Rooms need better ventilation. AC wasnt working, but have 1 window to open for cold air (at the expense of privacy). Extremeley Busy at night time due to local pub / ?betting pub.

The team is wonderful, the hotel clean and well-kept, the ideal location next to the metro and buses, Leclerc supermarket in the building and many restaurants in the adjacent streets. The staff are really lovely, great team! Very pleasant large rain showers. Breakfast that deserves its price.

The location is great, on the outskirts of Paris with metro 5 in just 10 minutes. The room is soundproofed but the bathroom is small and lacks hand towels and a toilet brush. The breakfast is well stocked and the staff are very friendly!

Very clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Our stay has been very pleasant. Supermarkets nearby and metro at the door. San Marino Group.

Hotel very well located for getting to Parc de la Villette! The staff is friendly. As for the room, the one I had reserved could do with some updating. The bedding was very good.
