Great Restaurant with great view and good service💯

A lot (too much) waiting, Nothing to say about the dishes, very good and plentiful sauerkraut and congratulations to the young waiter who does his best to manage everything alone (order service addition ...) despite his young age but the rhythm does not seem follow in the kitchen too bad

Overall the dishes are good and plentiful. The young guy at the service does everything he can to ensure customer satisfaction (those on site and those arriving, he can't be everywhere...) On the other hand, too much waiting between dishes. The table is not served at the same time, 8 minutes apart between the 1st and last guest, for a table of 6 for hot dishes. The white wine remained on the bar counter for 30 minutes, so it was no longer fresh, we asked for another bottle. Need room/kitchen agreement

The young man serving did his best. Restaurant in its own right, a little cheerfulness and updating would be appreciated. Poor food, poorly peeled and cold veal head, very small quantity of kidneys drowned in sauce. For one step, OK but nothing more.

We - two older couples - had dinner at Les Remparts before the historic Christmas market in Neuf-Brisach opened. We ate three different Tart Flambée and for dessert Cafe Gourmand and Creme Brulee. The warm food was good and filling, Creme Brulee was very good and the Cafe Gourmand with five small sweets was plentiful and good. The young man served attentively and very friendly. Our dog was given a bowl of water without being asked - which happens very rarely in other restaurants.

Very warm welcome, a young waiter who knows his basics well and listens. Good, generous cuisine with the assurance of having fresh products. The waiter even offered us the digestive 👍👍👍👍

Très bel accueil, assiettes bien copieuses, super restaurant après une bonne balade dans les remparts 😊
