A very good experience at Pret A Manger this Wednesday! Nawel, the young brunette, was very smiley, kind, and welcoming. The service was truly excellent, which was a pleasure! Unlike my last visit, where the staff were less than friendly and the food disappointed me, this time I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to Nawel for her professionalism and good humor; she really made a difference! 😊

Having regularly purchased my meals at this location when I go to the mall, I feel compelled to share my experience. A young Black woman with braided hair was haughty, cold, and particularly unwelcoming. Her attitude made me uncomfortable from the start and gave me the feeling of being a nuisance rather than a customer they wanted to serve properly. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff is lovely, especially a tall, mixed-race young man I see regularly outside in the afternoon. Unfortunately, this experience doesn't make me want to return.

The staff were very welcoming, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was very friendly.

The staff were great. However, the team needs to be taught (one gentleman did it to me) how to make matcha properly; I had to throw it away, which was very unpleasant 🥲. I'm giving it 5 stars because everything else was excellent.

During our visit, my husband and I ordered hot drinks and pastries. We were disappointed by the staff's nonchalant attitude. The person served us takeaway drinks without even consulting us. After we explained that we were eating in, our drinks were still served in takeaway cups, claiming they didn't have any larger cups. A very disappointing experience.

I was just served by Sulliman and Nawel with a smile and in good spirits. It's truly a pleasure to find such great colleagues representing your brand. A big thank you to the whole team!

Only one guy working so it took a while. The sandwich didn't seem fresh.

Perfect for a quick meal, but cleanliness needs improvement...

The staff is friendly and the products are high quality. However, a major drawback is the limited availability of cold drinks (and new items like the Dubai range currently available) on weekends around 4:30–5:00 PM. The only time I was able to enjoy them was in August. These hours coincide with peak customer traffic, yet only the standard drinks are available. Better stock management would be greatly appreciated.

Before catching our flight, we stopped for breakfast – four adults and one child. The chocolate croissants were delicious! There was a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The products were high quality, the place was great, and the tables were well-spaced.
