Garden wok sur Saint-Cyr-L'Ecole

I'm going to counter the latest review from a local guide, which leaves me rather dubious... Having come here at least once or twice a month for the past three years, I've never been disappointed. Occasionally (and even then, it's rare) there might be a hiccup due to the crowds, but honestly, what restaurant hasn't experienced that? But for lunch and/or dinner, the service is quite fast, the drinks are good, and the food is enjoyable. And well, the photos of things on the bench... frankly, it's a bit small, because that's generally where children study. Yes, when your parent works in a restaurant, it's normal to do homework there... like a teacher taking their child to class or an office worker who can't look after them... That doesn't detract from the atmosphere, which is warm and well-lit. Having tried several Asian restaurants in St Cyr, Bois d'Arcs, Montigny, and Guyancourt, I always come back here because the service is excellent. All the sushi, maki, and California rolls are generously filled, the fish is good, and I've never gotten sick. The only downside is that the tempura and gyoza can sometimes be lukewarm, but otherwise, it's a great place :)

Loyal customers for years, we come to eat or order at least once a week. Everything is always delicious: the sushi, the skewers, the bowls, the kimchi… The ingredients are fresh, the portions generous, and the quality is consistently excellent. The staff is always welcoming, and the service is quick, whether you're eating in or taking out. It's a place you can rely on and one we recommend without hesitation!

I've often ordered from them; Togo Togo used to be around seven euros. It's gone up to 10, which I don't think is very good for those who don't have much money.

Good quality food and generous portions. As for the atmosphere, it wasn't very busy when we visited, so we couldn't give a definitive opinion. Excellent service with helpful assistance in making our choices. I recommend it.

Garden Wok is no longer the great Japanese restaurant it used to be. The quality of service has declined since the Chinese waiters were replaced, and the food has become less tasty 😞

Ordered takeout yesterday. Generous portions, and the fish for the sashimi, sushi, and maki rolls was very fresh. Excellent value for money! I would gladly order again!
