Scorching temperatures in Aubenas, and therefore... ice cream. A lovely surprise at the Chauvet chocolate shop. The lady who served us was super friendly and offered to eat our ice creams inside with a glass of water. Excellent sorbets with local fruits...yummm delicious. She made us taste a chocolate sorbet. A wonderful experience. Thank you.

06/07/2025: From breakfast with authentic old-fashioned hot chocolate to dinner featuring Ardèche specialties, this is a tribute to tradition, but above all, a culinary delight. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed myself so much. A special shout-out to the chestnut soup served with foie gras. A culinary experience not to be missed.

05/03/2026: The staff are incredibly welcoming and lovely! I highly recommend this bar. If you're ever in Aubenas, don't hesitate to stop by. The service is quick and the staff are wonderful. The bar has a chill and very cool atmosphere!
