This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Ardesh. The food was good, as was the atmosphere under the trees, which made it very cozy. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to speak English. It is located quite far from a village, making it very quiet and something you wouldn't easily find from the road, which is a shame for this restaurant as they deserve more customers.

It is a really nice and cozy restaurant under a beautiful large tree. There is a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff who also speak English. It is located a bit out of the way, so it is not very busy. The food was also very tasty. It is definitely recommended!

The setting was very pleasant. I had an Ardèche salad for €15. With two typical Ardèche ingredients (caillette and goat cheese), my salad was generous, but I was disappointed by the bread slice, which was topped not with Picodon cheese (an Ardèche cheese...) but with a slice of Soignon goat cheese log. (It had nothing to do with the Ardèche region, and the taste was especially bland. A real disappointment for me.)

Friendly welcome. The establishment has a large terrace shaded by a huge walnut tree. The menu offered is adequate for a reasonable price.

11/06/2026: A fantastic team and quality pizzas and burgers since the change of ownership. The difference is remarkable. A nice bonus is the high tables and barrel seating, perfect for an occasional (or much more regular) aperitif. ;)
08/06/2026: This snack bar has undergone a real transformation, now offering high-quality products. The hamburgers are made with fresh steaks, and the pizza dough is excellent. Plus, discovering a new hamburger each week is a real treat. The three men in the kitchen are very friendly, always smiling, and ready to chat. I'm delighted to see that this snack bar has been taken over in the right direction, prioritizing food quality. The upcoming opening of a larger space is very promising, and their construction project is very well thought out. Don't hesitate to go; you won't regret it! A Gardéchoise's word! 😊😉😁
