Strange concept for a buffet, you order the dishes you want from a list, a maximum of 3 times for the entire table. There is a column for each “round”. So we don't see the dishes in advance. And when you have people at the table who like few things it limits the possibilities. If you are in a hurry it is difficult to eat quickly. And I didn't get everything I asked for in the 2nd round, after 45 minutes. I gave up, I didn't have time anymore. Overall the dishes weren't bad. I won't go back

Top quality products and service.

Very fresh maki/sushi/sashimi. A little too much rice for the sushi... Very good skewers, steamed and fried. The portions of the dishes are sufficient without being too copious, which allows you to order several different ones. Small downsides on the desserts... (a few additional ice cream flavors, mochis would be nice)

The only negative point, the non-compliance with the quantities requested following the collection of the order sheets, otherwise everything is good and the price remains reasonable
