Häagen-Dazs sur Rosny-Sous-Bois

The staff is very kind - Gaufres are good

Good and fast service but expensive

A wonderful welcome, with a smile 😃! The place is very pleasant after an afternoon of walking!

Excellent experience. The crepes were delicious and the service efficient. Special mention to Sami for his professionalism and warm welcome.

Limited space to relax and sit comfortably, restricted selection, but a good product, true to the brand.

Hakeim delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Despite the long queue and busy atmosphere, he stayed calm, efficient, and genuinely kind to everyone. His professionalism, patience, and warm attitude reflect the highest standard of customer service. Outstanding employees like Hakeim deserve to be recognized and rewarded. I hope the management sees this review because he represents the Häagen-Dazs brand exceptionally well. Thank you for your hard work—you made my visit memorable.

An ice cream shop where you can sit and rest for a while in the busy area~

If I could recommend any drink and ice cream place in Paris, it is this one! I had a 5 day stay in Paris, France and my family and I went here 2 times per day! We all loved the mango peach lemonade, with mango and lemon sorbet in it. The drink was the only thing that was cold, nice, and can cool us down fast. The workers were very nice and helped us get the recipe! The warm water from shops in streets are not worth the wait. Please stop here.

Good ice cream, looks alright for a busy street!

Very clean place, very expensive. No toilet paper in the restrooms. When I pointed it out, I thought I was an alien. The waitresses were unprofessional, which is a shame.
