Hotel Ibis Restaurant sur Chateau-Thierry

The air conditioning in the room is loud, if you are sensitive to noise you should have ear plugs with you.

The hotel, hallway, and rooms smelled of charcoal smoke assuming from the wood burning fire place in the lobby. It was not pleasing to someone who is sensitive to smoke. The AC unit did not work in the room and the front door took forever to close, it seemed the tension needs to be adjusted. The breakfast is the same everyday with no alternate options. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was great and attentive. The hotel is dated but clean. The Bar has the bare minimum and selections are limited.

Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer im Ibisstil klein und einfach, aber sehr kühl und die Klimaanlage beschränkt in Temperatur. Das Frühstück ist einfach und mehr als Selbstbedienung. Kaffee ziehen, Eier kochen und gepresster Orangensaft, Geschirr wegbringen... Alles Selbstsevice. Leider gab es zum hellen Brot jeden Tag die gleichen 2 Wurstsorten und 1 Käse. In die Jahre gekommen muss ja nicht kaputt heißen, die Türklinke zur Toilette im Foyer hängt runter, der Ascher auf der Terrasse vor dem Frühstücksraum wurde 3 Tage nicht gelehrt, die Zuckerdose auf den Tischen war größer als die lieblose Weihnachtsdeko. Das Bild auf der Homepage ist schon unpassend, das Hotel liegt direkt am Parkplatz und Landstraßen, also eher Industriegebiet.

I just stayed one night. Good enough for the price.

Goed hotel, ontbijt is oke, bedden waren iets minder.

Chambre très bien mais salle de bains à revoir ( absence de shampoing et gel douche) mitigeur très mal placé ...
