An excellent restaurant at a fair price. Exemplary andouille very well cooked with accompaniment. Excellent homemade crème brûlée. A beautiful dining room. I recommend.

30/03/2024: Restaurant not to be missed in Bruyères. Warm welcome and service in a very original medieval atmosphere. For red meat lovers, let yourself be tempted by the “gallows”, a beef flambéed in cognac served as original as possible 😉 Special mention ; our two dogs were welcomed without problems.
30/03/2024: On the menu, the gallows. The quality of the meat was not equal depending on the pieces. This remains an original dish in a setting that is just as original with pleasant and friendly staff.
