A huge thank you to Christine from the IKEA Vitrolles customer service department! 😊 I was looking for screws to reassemble a piece of furniture, and she was absolutely lovely: very welcoming, available, patient, and above all, incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and find a solution with great kindness. It's so nice to be treated like that! Thank you, Christine, for your smile and professionalism; it truly deserves to be highlighted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Carole

Ikea's style is losing its appeal... The stores all look the same. How tiresome!

The store is very good. The staff are very pleasant. The only downside is the returns service, which isn't very efficient despite the staff's friendliness. It's more of an organizational issue.

Overall, a very good experience at IKEA. The store offers a huge selection of furniture and decor, with showrooms that make it easy to find inspiration and visualize furniture in different settings. Prices are generally reasonable, and there's something for every budget. However, navigating the store can be quite time-consuming, especially when it's crowded, and some products aren't always in stock. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The furniture pickup system is also quite convenient. A great place to furnish or decorate your home. A few minor points could be improved, but overall we're satisfied: 4/5.

09/09/2026: Nothing to say, fantastic team!
06/09/2026: The sandwiches are very original, a nice change from chicken mayo or ham and Emmental cheese. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
