We came to IKEA Vitrolles to look for screws for a 10-year-old dishwasher. Typhaine and Karine gave us a very warm welcome, listening carefully and taking the time to do the necessary research, which resulted in us leaving with our screws and very satisfied with the service provided by these two very pleasant people. A big thank you to them again.

Ikea is generally good.
After waiting 15 minutes at the checkout, why did the security guard check our IDs? He didn't check anyone else during those 15 minutes.
We didn't steal anything, no problem, but on top of that, he was very unpleasant.
In short, Ikea, bring back cashiers if you don't trust them.

Visited today with my children. I took my time upstairs so I could eat at 11:20/11:30 with them. Surprise, it was closed. I wonder, though, since there are opening hours before the restaurant, starting at 10:00 (not that I would have gone to eat at that time), so in that case, they should indicate another time or we wouldn't be turned away. Oh well, I went to eat somewhere else, but it's a shame.
