Did you know that at IKEA, rental appliances aren't guaranteed? It's only at IKEA that you see this; it's a disgraceful scandal! I'll never go to that store again. They've lost us as customers. IKEA is not the best!! I'm giving it zero stars. It gave 5 stars because otherwise you can't publish. It's a real shame because for me, zero stars. This store no longer interests me!!!! And I hope I never receive their advertising by text message on my phone again!!!!

I've been going to IKEA Vitrolles from time to time for years, and I must say it's a really great store with well-designed products and a wide selection. In fact, my house is furnished with a coffee table, five chairs, a large sofa, and a TV stand. The prices are reasonable, and you always leave IKEA with something you like. The parking is easily accessible for people with disabilities.

The store was quite pleasant and well-stocked, but the only downside was the ridiculously small number of tills when I was there, so even though there were very few people in the store, the few tills that were open were chaotic.

The cafeteria chairs could use a good cleaning; their "yellow" color is turning grey, which is unappetizing for a place meant for eating! The staff as a whole are very professional and pleasant, we like this store, and a little extra effort to address the unpleasant smells in the toilets would also be welcome, even though they are well-maintained.

Good evening everyone, the store is very well-stocked for the home, the only problem at least for me is that you have to go all the way around to get to the checkout. It's long and tedious. Bringing back the shortcuts would be great. See you soon and good luck.

The customer service is fantastic! Especially if you deal with Nathan! He managed to find me a part I'd broken that was impossible to find. If I were his manager, I'd give him a raise right away. It's rare to see such professionalism these days!
