The hamburger wasn't very hot and came with a small bowl of barbecue sauce.
The floor and tables weren't very clean,
Yet there were no customers in the restaurant.
There wasn't enough staff to clean between services.

Just one complaint: 3.5 for a glass of Coke, which was like half water and half Coke, seemed very expensive. We thought it was a refill, but it wasn't.

I recently ate at Jack Burger and was pleasantly surprised. The premises are clean, well-maintained, and have a friendly atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick, which is much appreciated.
The food was good, with ingredients that seemed fresh and well-prepared. The space is also well-organized, allowing for a relaxed dining experience.
In short, it's a great place that I recommend for a quick and enjoyable meal.

We were several families with children and it was great.
The staff is efficient, fast, and friendly. They took excellent care of us. I ordered a meal deal with a "Forest" burger and fries. Drinks are refillable with no limit.

This is nothing like the Jack's Burger of the early days... The portions have shrunk considerably... For the price paid... a half-hour wait... This will be the last time!

Great fast food!
I asked for chicken instead of steak, and the brunette lady with freckles made me a super delicious burger!! We were served very quickly, and everything was perfect!
I highly recommend the Jack's in the area!!
With a sunny patio to top it all off!!
It's the best in the neighborhood!!
