Honestly, I've been ordering from Jap for years and I've never been disappointed. I think the new owners are doing a great job because the noodles are excellent! And the sushi, of course, is fresh. Contrary to what some comments here say, the freshness and quality are definitely there. For those who love Japanese food, I highly recommend Jap.
