I've eaten at several KFCs all over France and the one at KFC is the best KFC.

Very clean, efficient checkout, fast service. Chicken spiced just right, not too much, well. A friend ate so much that he took a joke photo.

I've never left a review before, but I wanted to say I was pleasantly surprised. I placed a €50 order for the drive-through this Sunday at lunchtime. What pleased me was that the food was hot and everything was in order (unlike your competitors, where I've always had problems ordering). So, there you have it, excellent service in handling my order, and the wait time was very satisfactory. Keep it up, you've won me over until the day I might be disappointed, lol. On another note, I just want to point out the nonchalance of the woman at the drive-through. I don't know the flow of customers behind her, so I'm not judging, but still, be careful—it's just human interaction. 4 stars because of the customer service, but otherwise, top-notch in my opinion. Well done! I hope my feedback helps you maintain this positive momentum.

Orders are served fairly quickly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

A good restaurant with a clean appearance, acceptable but not bad service, and a fairly calm and pleasant atmosphere, but a bucket of tenders meant for four people that we ate between two because the pieces were ridiculously small and the fries were poorly seasoned.

Idrisle, the manager, was very professional despite the problems that may have been encountered during previous orders. He sorted everything out from A to Z and showed great professionalism. What struck me was that he never asked me for the amount of my order until the problem was resolved. This means that he puts the same intensity and professionalism into everything, whether it was for one euro, 10 euros, or 0.01 euros. Congratulations to him. Knowing that my dissatisfaction, which I shared with him, dates back more than 2 months.
