A wonderful discovery! The restaurant is beautiful, with tasteful, elegant decor and a truly pleasant atmosphere. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. There's also a terrace that must be lovely on sunny days—I'll probably go back to enjoy it. As for the service, the welcome was a bit mixed. The waitress wasn't particularly warm or smiling, even though she sometimes made an effort to be. That said, it wasn't unpleasant enough to spoil the experience. Because the real strength of this place is clearly the food. The dishes are flavorful, very high quality, and you can immediately tell they're prepared with care and passion. You can even catch a glimpse of the kitchen, and watching the chef at work really gives the impression of someone dedicated and passionate about what she does. This comes through in the dishes. My only minor criticism: the lemongrass sometimes overpowers certain other flavors. A slight rebalancing would make some dishes even better. But even so, the food remains excellent. Another very positive point: the value for money is truly fair. Given the quality of the ingredients, the care taken in preparing the dishes, and the ambiance, the prices are perfectly reasonable. A wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat.

This, combined with the truly pleasant and charming atmosphere of the dining room, made for a delightful break, with a particularly warm welcome that makes you want to return, which I do whenever I can.
