Perfect after a visit to the market. A nice bistro, good coffee, and a decent rosé wine from Provence. Friendly and attentive service.

A rather unique restaurant with a charming, vintage decor, and the close proximity of the tables encourages conversation with your neighbors. Delicious, hot dishes, quick service, and above all, a smile and a touch of humor. A restaurant with a friendly atmosphere that we wish we could find more often. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery in the heart of Carnac-Village. We came to dinner at Bisetro one evening at the end of August, thanks to a voucher we won during a competition organized at the Saint-Laurent Golf Club and supported by the Carnac merchants. It was a lovely way to extend the spirit of the day and discover a place we hadn't yet known. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the authenticity of the place, its warm atmosphere, and that true village bistro spirit that's becoming increasingly rare. Here, there's no artifice: simply the pleasure of a warm welcome, taking our time, and sharing a good meal in a convivial atmosphere. A simple evening, but one that leaves a very pleasant memory. Thank you to the Carnac merchants for allowing us to discover this wonderful place.

It's a real pleasure to be welcomed into this family-run bistro! You immediately sense the sincerity of a small team working tirelessly and giving their all to keep their little business going. Reading some of the harsh reviews, I find it regrettable to judge an independent, family-run establishment with such hatred (it's so common these days), using the same cold standards as a large chain. The dining room and terrace are incredibly welcoming (it's not a stroller-filled warehouse, it's a neighborhood bistro!), the young staff are learning the ropes on the job with dedication, and at peak times, you might have to wait two minutes for a table to be cleared. But that's precisely what gives these lively, hardworking places their charm and authenticity. Demanding the standards of a luxury hotel at bistro prices while venting your bitterness on Google is just too easy. Let's be a little more understanding and grateful to the independent businesses that get up early to welcome us. Thank you for the warm welcome and the delicious food. Keep up the good work!
