La Bistoure sur Sommieres

Honestly, it was just okay... We waited over 30 minutes for our food... the pizzas weren't great (the crust was a bit odd) and the salmon steak was okay, but nothing special. The frozen fries weren't great, and there was only a tiny bit of salad without dressing... Honestly, I wouldn't go back. But the service was good.

This isn't our first time having lunch at La Bistoure as a family, but once again, bravo! The service is perfect, the young waiters are very pleasant, the food is delicious, and we were served very quickly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic time! We managed to book at the last minute on Valentine's Day. The special menu was excellent and very reasonably priced. All served by a very nice young man. We forgot to take pictures of the desserts because they looked so tempting.

Good evening, a quick review with a well-deserved 5 stars! We've been eating here for several years now and we love it. We're in love with this village and this charming little restaurant, and whether it's winter or summer, we come several times a year, sometimes even several times a month. For Valentine's Day, we opted for simplicity: coming to this little restaurant that never disappoints. And what a surprise! A special Valentine's Day menu, prepared with care! An amuse-bouche, a starter, a main course, and even dessert, all for a very reasonable price. And above all, the quality, taste, and presentation were incredible! We were truly won over. Thank you also for the complimentary glass of prosecco; it was the icing on the cake for our romantic meal! Special mention to the couple who share the kitchen and service, and who are always so attentive to our needs. We'll be back very soon! PS: Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, satisfied people don't think to mention it, in 2 years we're only leaving a comment today.

Excellent place, I highly recommend it. There were five of us, and we ordered pizzas; they were excellent. Make a detour if you're ever in Sommières.

We've been several times with friends. The staff are welcoming. The food is very good, the pizzas are great, although the crust is a little crumbly. The meats are excellent but a bit pricey. The desserts are homemade and delicious. A great restaurant for a good meal; I recommend it for a pleasant time with family or friends. I highly recommend it.
