La Brasserie du Resort sur Ostheim

16/01/2026: 5 stars – Addictive! A restaurant where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The food is delicious, and the service, led by Nora, is exemplary. I eat there more often than at home.

11/01/2026: We only tried the restaurant using the gourmet pass. We were delighted to be able to use it on a Sunday at lunchtime. 🙂 The dining room is warm and inviting, with wood accents and beautiful draperies. The presentation of the dishes was lovely, and the food was delicious. I only ordered the suggestions from the autumn menu. For a starter, the butternut squash velouté with scallops was a delightful discovery. The velouté was delicious 😋 The beef tournedos rosini was simply melt-in-your-mouth tender. The pistachio cream with a chocolate crumble was an interesting combination of flavor and texture. Despite the crowd, it was still possible to have a quiet conversation. The only slight drawback was the sometimes rushed service when clearing the table and a young waitress who was a bit abrupt. But you have to accept differences 😉
