Very enjoyable meal. Stunning setting. You can look south towards the coast or north towards Mount Ventoux. Set menu. A choice of either one starter, one main course, and one dessert. Or two of everything. I would suggest there is plenty in the smaller offering. Stunning collection of taste. Especially the pre-meal testers. One of the most enjoyable meals I’ve had for years. The staff speak English, and the chef lived for four years in Australia. Very good collection of local wines. Had a local EPA beet that was surprisingly good. Highly enjoyable.
