The very nice girl at the checkout asks her manager to make cappuccinos because she still has to cash people, the response from her manager is not at all friendly. The young girl makes us our cappuccinos and her manager speaks to her in a very incorrect tone ("I'm going to beat you up, throw you away" something like that) threatens to write her a letter... Being myself responsible for a service, I believe his behavior is not professional at all and disrespectful towards his colleague and customers. I sincerely hope that the young girl will not have any problems. The manager's behavior continued even when we were at the table. This is unacceptable behavior for a manager to the point of making the young girl cry, a shame. July 7, 2024 around 5:30 p.m.
