We went for dinner on Saturday, December 13th. We had a wonderful time. The pizzas were a real treat. We would like to thank the waitstaff for their very warm welcome, which is rare these days.
We are regular customers of this pizzeria, which we've frequented as a family since I was very young. In fact, this is the first time I've ever left a negative review, as we've always been delighted with both the service and the quality of the pizzas.
Unfortunately, this time, only the pizzas lived up to our memories. The service, on the other hand, was subpar: the waitresses were unfriendly, we weren't offered an aperitif or any other drinks, the music started playing in the middle of service with poor sound quality, and the overall pace was disjointed.
We also noticed that it was rather quiet for a Saturday night, which is unusual for this once very popular spot, and the other customers seemed disappointed as well.
We'll come back, because we really like this place, but if this happens again, we might not return.
