La Marmite Créole sur Ploemeur

A birthday party with a Réunion Island theme... a success on all levels. Mr. and Mrs. Dijoux are very professional. Warm and attentive, they were always available and punctual. The food was excellent, the appetizers delicious. The aroma of the spices bursts in the mouth... a delight... the punch was perfectly balanced... don't worry about it being "too spicy," everything was perfectly measured and adapted to our palates. My guests loved it, the atmosphere was fantastic... an aperitif enjoyed amidst the fragrant spices while savoring these little treats... Mr. and Mrs. Dijoux left to the applause of their guests and congratulations for their professionalism... a must-try!

Professional and very friendly service. The sausage rougail was delicious, prepared for a dinner of 90 people, and unanimously enjoyed by our guests. It was also very easy to serve (warming equipment was provided for the bain-marie). I highly recommend it.
