La Mie Caline sur Reims

I came in late afternoon on July 22nd to get an Italian croissant. The two young men at the counter said I'd made a great choice. And they were right: I loved it! Big shout out to those two young men! ✨

Went here this weekend for a snack, not too bad overall, except for the waiter who kept slamming the door and taking out the trash right next to us, sweeping his terrace (tables right next to ours) to remove cigarette butts—perfect for stirring up ashes and bacteria while you're eating... At least wait until the customer leaves (we were only there for 10 minutes) and there was no one else around after us... I don't recommend it. Next time we'll go somewhere else, what a shame.

Mika gave me and my colleague an excellent welcome. He was very friendly, professional, and cheerful. The service was quick and pleasant. Thank you for your efficiency and customer focus! I highly recommend him.

The cookies are good, but €7.20 for 3 cookies is outrageous! Prices have gone up significantly.

I love the cookies at La Mie Câline. I've been a regular customer throughout the year, always receiving a very warm welcome. However, recently, a new manager (I assume) has arrived, and since then, the wait times have often been much longer. Until now, I felt she didn't speak to her colleagues very well, but I can't really say much about it. The other day, we came in for cookies. There was only one other customer being served, so we went straight to the counter on the left. Without even acknowledging us, a customer came in and was immediately served. Well, maybe she hadn't seen us. A second customer arrived, and the same thing happened. We moved aside, and then she finally saw us. She stared at us for three seconds: "What do you need?" I asked her if we could have some cookies, and then she stared at us for a few seconds without saying a word. She turned around (still without saying a word) and started pacing back and forth in the bakery. We stood there, without anyone coming to take our order. The scene that followed was even more bizarre, because without hesitation, she left the shop, got into the car parked next to the bakery, and started scrolling through her phone (we could see everything, we were at the counter). Seeing this adult idiot, we thought we'd never get any help. Another server came to the rescue (thank you to him). Anyway, it's not the first time I've seen her act this way; she's damaging the reputation, while the rest of the staff are very competent.

Great time! The guy with the long and short panther-like hair was hilarious, quick-witted, and gave great advice! He even knew how to divide the bill by three!

The quiz at the checkout was great! Thanks to the cashier :) (The cookie was also very good, by the way.)
