La Petite Auberge, 28 rue de Seine in 78260 Achères on March 6, 2024 Starter + Main course + Dessert + coffee = €17.20 Alan Starter: all-you-can-eat buffet, take pistachio mortadella, rillettes, garlic sausage, dry sausage, Bayonne ham and Greek mushrooms. Drink: Carafe. Dish: Butcher’s piece with Béarnaise sauce and fries. Dessert: Fresh fruit salad. Story: The establishment is not accessible to people in wheelchairs. Friendly and smiling welcome, I am placed in the veranda (I had reserved a place near a wall to place my English cane) I am delighted because the room seems very dark to me. My order is immediately taken and offered Chicken with pasta and olive cream, or Fish with ginger and lemon, or the Butcher's cut (at no extra charge), I don't like olives or ginger, so I I only have one choice. I notice that the cold cuts are of quality, the Bayonne ham is sliced ​​thick which allows you to better appreciate the taste and the rillettes are not greasy. The Butcher's piece is a flank steak that I asked for well cooked and which was not cooked enough in my opinion. The fries, although industrial (you can see it in the chips) are good although lacking a little crispiness. The fruit in the salad is really excellent. Conclusion: It’s really very good, not very plentiful but the quality is there and the service is very efficient. On April 25, 2018, the formula was €14.20 with coffee, which is equivalent to €16.20 in 2023, so the increase is very contained and corresponds well to the budget of a road driver. Please note, you can have lunch in the dining room (dimly lit), on the veranda (very pleasant) or in the courtyard for serious smokers.
