To make a pizza, nothing could be simpler and better at home. The dough is too soft, too bad. You need to use more fine semolina so that it is crispier. T00 or 45 flour, olive oil and sourdough, a pinch of salt. This is how I do it and 1 to 2 hours of rising and garnishing as desired.

I've had takeaway pizzas there several times: top notch. And on site, it was very good... I recommend

Hearty meal, hearty pizza, shared Auvergne salad and little Samuel served very quickly and very good! Perfect, only downside is the noise which is a shame. But we will come back! See you soon....

The welcome, the service at the top, the cuisine NON duck breast served very cooked while rare request the fries recooked suddenly soft and fatty on the plates.... Perhaps to review the why and how because usually never disappointed..

Very good friendly restaurant! The pizzas are obviously cooked over a wood fire (it is possible to order takeaway). The products are fresh and there is something for all tastes and hungers (mezzo = half pizza half salad or dishes other than pizza). The exterior is extremely pleasant in summer!

A perfect place to spend a good evening, family meal, with friends or lovers, it's very good. There is a choice, I love their pizzas and the price is more than fair. Impeccable service. Waitresses and waiters attentive and with a smile which is rare these days. The Boss who is in the oven and in the mill is the case to say it with an attentive eye to everything 👍. If there are so many regulars there must be a reason. I recommend this establishment without forgetting the cleanliness. The best.
