Exceptional restaurant. The food is incredible, the wine too, and the servers are lovely. I recommend the arroz with the slow-cooked lamb—it's amazing.

We had dinner on January 31st.
- The setting: really nice, a very beautiful restaurant.
- The service: impeccable, frankly top-notch.
- The dishes: linguine with cream of oyster sauce, prawns, scallops—absolutely divine!
We had already been to this restaurant and the other wines were just as good.

We ate Embotits, Paella la Siesta, Arròs Negre, and Bacallà. Everything was perfect.
Attentive, fast and very well presented. They respect the product and work it very well.

A wonderful time at La Siesta! The slow-cooked lamb roast was excellent, the service very pleasant, and I recommend the bottle of Carminé, a very good local red wine.
The setting is also very beautiful and relaxing.

I was very surprised by the negative reviews of this restaurant. I returned for dinner at the beginning of the year and I must say I had a wonderful time, from the atmosphere and service to the food and cocktails. The good vibes, delicious food, and consistent quality make it one of the best restaurants in Canet.
