Really the cutest place. Looks and tastes very authentic. They have a wide variety of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes but the star of this restaurant is the lady who works there! She was so sweet and made sure we got everything we needed and is very willing to help you make the right decisions. She’s a real sweetheart and we would definitely come back for her!

The restaurant "La Source de Jade" is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Marseille. They have been open since 1991, and we have known them since their opening. You will be warmly welcomed in this family restaurant with a pleasant and relaxing setting. The menu is very large and offers a lot of meat and fish dishes; however, the vegetarian/vegan section is also very extensive. You will find several absolutely delicious tofu dishes, fresh vegetable spring rolls, vegan spring rolls (if you are vegan, ask for the sauce without fish), steamed buns filled with tofu, fried ravioli, 3 different "Bun Bo" dishes, and so on... The desserts are just as delicious, for vegans I recommend the frosted orange, which is sorbet-based, or the flambéed bananas! 😋 Fresh fruit is also a very good option, especially in summer. Don't hesitate to ask the waitresses for advice, they are perfectly aware of the vegetarian and vegan diet, and they will be able to guide you in the best way. Please let us know as soon as you arrive, so you won't have any unpleasant surprises. The atmosphere is family-friendly and calm, very soothing, you won't see the time go by...
