I found the wait quite long.
Approximately 1 hour between arrival and serving of hot dish.
Quite noisy restaurant (at the same time there are people, that's not a bad thing either).
The prices for certain dishes are still a little expensive (€28 for cordon bleu).
An excellent restaurant with a nice menu with many Italian dishes and wines, but also dishes and wines from Alsace. We had a Planchette Italienne in advance, delicious Italian meats with very different flavors. As a main course, my wife had the Ravioles au truffes, which tasted great, and I had the Cordon blue Munster. I had already read about this in other reviews. It tasted good and was actually too big. And we finished with a Café Gourmand and a Double Espresso. There are several other attractive dishes on the menu, so we will come back again soon!
