A truly old-fashioned restaurant, brimming with authenticity, the kind you sadly find less and less these days. It was here that I discovered frog legs… and what a discovery! They are simply exceptional. The liver pâté is incredible, and the gratin… absolutely divine! Generous, sincere cuisine, made with heart and expertise. We take advantage of every trip to the Ardèche to come and enjoy a delicious meal here. This kind of establishment is becoming rare, and that's a real shame. We absolutely must take advantage of them while they still exist. A precious address, full of charm and tradition, which I recommend without hesitation.

This is a type of inn that's becoming increasingly rare. You should hurry and take advantage of one of these last authentic places in the age of soulless fast-food kebab shops and other impersonal "fresh water" establishments. Everything may not be perfect (according to some...), but you'll discover vibrant, traditional cuisine in a rustic atmosphere that never ceases to surprise and delight us.
