Very good gym, great atmosphere, very good teachers especially Anthony the cycling teacher. Fair price, flexibility, good welcome 👍 I highly recommend this room.

Nice room and great classes. On the other hand, the equipment is aging, notably the treadmills and certain weight machines. The changing rooms also need to be reviewed, hot shower, no possibility of using colder water, smell of sewage and toilets which smell very strongly of urine. Too bad because the subscription is not cheap either.

I've been taking Rémi's punching bag and self-defense classes since October and I'm really having a blast! In addition, Rémi is a top coach! Very involved, he advises, encourages, motivates... Nothing to complain about! 👍

15/08/2024: Unfortunately our room was not clean, we had to call the lady who takes care of cleaning to clean the visible hairs in the bathroom and we discovered after her urine on the floor in the toilet and the sheets had marks. The staff is really very friendly, the swimming pool is very pleasant and the breakfast is generous. We are really disappointed to post these kinds of comments, after having been so well received by the lady at reception.
13/08/2024: We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. I recommend.

15/12/2023: Un accueil des plus agréable, des sushis exquis, FONCEZ !!! Petit clin d’œil aux sushis à la truffe… quel délice.. wow ! Merci pour ce superbe moment, nous reviendrons sans tarder. À bientôt !
