Very good gym, great atmosphere, very good teachers especially Anthony the cycling teacher. Fair price, flexibility, good welcome 👍 I highly recommend this room.

Nice room and great classes. On the other hand, the equipment is aging, notably the treadmills and certain weight machines. The changing rooms also need to be reviewed, hot shower, no possibility of using colder water, smell of sewage and toilets which smell very strongly of urine. Too bad because the subscription is not cheap either.

I've been taking Rémi's punching bag and self-defense classes since October and I'm really having a blast! In addition, Rémi is a top coach! Very involved, he advises, encourages, motivates... Nothing to complain about! 👍

27/08/2024: An amazing experience... What a surprise! From the first minutes, I was amazed by the quality of the service and the variety of dishes offered. There really is something for everyone! The products are impeccably fresh and, above all, absolutely delicious. We came to this restaurant with the desire to change our habits, far from the establishments that we often frequent because of their notoriety. I didn't really have any particular expectations going in. As for the portions, they are generous as can be! And all this for a price that defies all competition. The value for money is simply incredible. I left there pleasantly surprised and won over. Thank you for this great discovery!
