I'll start with the good points: the room was fine for a family, and the bedding was very comfortable. The location and price were excellent.
The downsides, and it's a real shame: they had forgotten our reservation made by phone, and I was surprised not to receive a confirmation email. Even on the day of our arrival, despite an email and several unanswered calls, I was starting to worry about our reservation. I finally got through to someone by calling the emergency number at 6 pm for that same evening. Then, a friendly woman finally booked us a room as originally reserved. Except that we arrived at 9 pm to a completely freezing room with no heating. It was -1 degree Celsius outside. Not cool at all. We knocked on the doors of the other rooms to see if they had heating, and they said they did have space heaters. Luckily, everyone came together, and the neighboring rooms lent us two heaters to warm things up a bit. No reception or security guard on site. Despite having to explain that the situation was unacceptable, the night watchman from another hotel later brought us two heaters. All's well that ends well, but after hiking all day, we would have preferred a warm room rather than staying in our room with hats and coats for an hour. In short, a somewhat complicated stay. I've since seen in other reviews that there have been similar problems with unheated rooms.
