A must-visit in Nîmes. The expression "haven of peace" truly comes to life here! In this beautiful vaulted room with exposed stone walls, time stands still while you enjoy a delicious meal or a divine cardamom coffee... the Lebanese-inspired dishes are all exquisite. An incredible selection of teas. An ultra-cozy atmosphere and incredibly friendly, professional, and smiling staff. In short, flawless! 20/20 👍👍👍💝💝

Excellent experience at this tastefully decorated restaurant. The atmosphere is calm, the welcome warm and spontaneous, and the menu offers a wide variety of authentic, colorful dishes with subtle and well-balanced flavors. Impeccable hygiene is guaranteed. Vegetarian options are available. Fragrant teas and pastries are also sold in the shop. We always enjoy going back... Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a fantastic meal at L’Arbousier! The food was fresh, flavoursome, and beautifully healthy. We both had the Phoenicia plate (€14) with falafel, salad, and hummus — absolutely delicious. I also tried a fresh juice with lemon, ginger, and apple which was really refreshing. I’m veggie and my boyfriend carnivore and he loved it too!! My boyfriend enjoyed a café crème (the coffee smelled amazing) and took beautiful handmade Turkish delight home for later, which was sold in lovely individual pieces in glass jars/ a lovely touch. The service was warm and friendly, and the staff even recommended another great veggie spot in Nîmes called Farmeur for lunch. The location itself is perfect — tucked among charming streets with beautiful shops and French architecture all around. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for fresh, vegetarian-friendly food in Nîmes
