Disappointing, too much difference between the photo and the dish, the complete pho served with wilted herbs, the banh cuon charged at €8.80 is slightly excessive.

11/02/2026: Sad and disgusted... I came on a Saturday night hoping to taste the lok lak I've known for the past three years. It had been six months since my last visit, and I was expecting the lok lak I considered the best I'd ever had. I realize the recipe or the cook has changed; gone is the braised, caramelized meat... now they just stir-fry it. I had found a competitor at Royal Torcy, and I'm gutted. It was the best lok lak at Villa Bussy, but now it's over.
