Le Bas Fort Blanc sur Dieppe

I love this restaurant, right at the far end of Dieppe beach, away from the hustle and bustle, at the foot of the cliffs. You can admire the sea from the terrace or the dining room's bay windows. The staff are always friendly and professional, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.

A very warm welcome, even after 1:30 pm on a Sunday. The food was excellent and the service impeccable.

The food was well cooked and well presented, and there was a lovely trolley of artisanal pastries; we had a pleasant time.

We really enjoyed this restaurant a few years ago, but the standard and quality have changed. With the dessert tray constantly passing by, it's like being on the subway (the noise and the chatter of the waiters helping a young woman in jeans and sneakers are not up to the standard of this establishment). Disappointed, we won't be returning.

Top-notch restaurant. It's dog-friendly, and a huge thank you to the head waiter who was incredibly kind and pleasant despite the little "issue" our dog caused. As for the food, the dishes were excellent, and the signature dessert, a nod to Alpine, was divine.
