Le Bistrot du Marché is a place where I've had the pleasure of lunching many times, and it's always a delight to return. At first glance, the menu and decor might seem a bit dated and perhaps not fully do justice to the establishment. However, you really shouldn't let that put you off, because behind this first impression lies an excellent neighborhood bistro. The food is generous, well-executed, and made with quality ingredients. I have to give a special mention to the daily salads, which are always varied, fresh, original, and particularly delicious. You can tell there's a real commitment to offering dishes that change regularly, which makes you want to come back. The atmosphere is just as pleasant. You find that true neighborhood bistro spirit where regulars mingle, where you're greeted with a smile, and where the staff takes the time to chat with customers. The service is warm, efficient, and always cheerful, which greatly enhances the enjoyment of the meal. It might not be the most eye-catching restaurant at first glance, but it's precisely the kind of place you're delighted to discover and then recommend to everyone you know. Excellent value for money, honest cuisine, and a truly friendly team: everything you'd expect from a good neighborhood bistro. A truly wonderful spot in Montreuil!

Hearty and excellent meals! Simple but very good. The welcome and service were top-notch, especially the friendly and warm young waiter Hamza, who gave us great advice, just the way we like it. Thank you! The only downside was the state of the toilets, which was really not great… a shame…
