Le Borsalino sur Auray

A victim of its own success. We've known this restaurant for some time now. The service hours have changed. We booked for the first seating at 7:15 pm. The rather unfriendly waitress showed us to our table. We had a long wait before she returned to take our order. Fortunately, two other, more cheerful waitresses brought our dishes. Once we had finished our desserts, the waitress came over and told us, in a curt and unprofessional tone, to leave to make room for the second seating, which starts at 9 pm. I understand that managing the tables is important, but it was obvious that they were understaffed, and this was affecting the atmosphere. The lack of time to enjoy our meal was unpleasant. Luckily, the young woman at the register was smiling despite the pressure of her various tasks (she also works in the dining room).

Top-notch pizza, objectively the best within a 50km radius. Excellent service. We highly recommend it!

A very pleasant surprise to discover this Italian restaurant. The antipasti were generous and of good quality, and the pizza dough was excellent. We'll be back!

7:15 PM service The tables are close together, so we just say hello 😊 We waited a long time before our order was taken, then waited some time again before being served. We weren't in a hurry, which was fine. Our aperitifs arrived... followed immediately by the pizzas. No time to enjoy the aperitif while waiting for the pizzas. The rum and pizza combination is surprising! Next time we'll order takeout because these pizzas are truly excellent.

Absolutely perfect! The dining room can get a little noisy when it's busy, but the service and food more than make up for it. It was excellent, we had a wonderful time. Great place, I highly recommend it! ☺️

Excellent dining experience at Borsalino! The welcome was warm and friendly, and the service was consistently excellent, very pleasant, and efficient. The pizzas were truly delicious and served quickly, despite the restaurant being busy. The desserts were also very good. A big thank you to the whole team! Thank you for a wonderful time! I highly recommend this restaurant.
