We went to Le Catamaran restaurant without a reservation, during peak season. Despite this, the staff did everything they could to find us a small table, which we greatly appreciated. Admittedly, we didn't get a "regular" table, but that wasn't the point. We came primarily to have a good time, and that's exactly what we did. Settled in a cozy corner, we were able to enjoy a drink in peace, peruse the menu with pleasure, and fully enjoy the evening. The service was attentive, responsive, and very professional from beginning to end. The dishes were prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and everything was delicious. This experience proves that when the customer is understanding and the restaurant owner does everything possible to welcome their guests, the result is an excellent evening where everyone benefits. We highly recommend this restaurant and congratulate the entire team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and the quality of their cuisine. Well done to all! PS: We also had an evening companion, Robert the cat, who was very pleasant company.
