Cozy little hotel (for a stopover), with a good restaurant. Excellent information via email on the day of arrival. Friendly staff, simple room with 2 bedside lamps that had no power.

Arriving quite late on a Monday evening, we received superb service and the food was simply a real treat. The burger was excellent, the cordon bleu equally so, and the profiteroles were simply divine. Thank you for this meal; we will gladly return!

Thank you for the warm welcome and impeccable service at your establishment. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning to recharge our batteries. The room was perfect and the breakfast was very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. We were also able to gaze at the stars and admire the passage of shooting stars every night from the moment we arrived, thanks to the perfect location of your establishment, far from light pollution. Thank you from both of us and we look forward to staying with you again.

Extremely friendly staff and a very clean room. The four-person room was adapted for children, which my 7-year-old daughter absolutely appreciated. The breakfast exceeded all expectations, especially for that price! There is also a beautiful view around the hotel! The free parking is certainly a plus as well. Due to the heatwave, the room (just under the roof) was extremely hot. They had placed two large fans in the room, which were even already on when we arrived, but it was still difficult to fall asleep in that heat. This is, of course, completely understandable in such exceptional weather conditions.

During our cycling trip along the Moselle River, we stayed and ate at Chalet Etienne. We had everything we needed and were very friendly hosts.

We had already visited once before, and it was perfect: a fantastic welcome, a delicious dinner, and a perfect atmosphere. Unfortunately, on our last visit, the waiter almost ruined our evening. He greeted us coldly, took our order very coldly without a smile or any friendliness, and cleared our plates while I was still eating my fries. He asked before clearing and didn't wait for our response. We tried to find out if it was due to an off day or something else. The other waiter apologized for his colleague and then served us impeccably! Unfortunately, I had previously asked this unfriendly waiter to put the unfinished portion of our meal in a doggy bag. It was a burger and fries (a full portion), but he only gave us the burger, even though we paid for the whole meal! 😅 I think it's a shame that one waiter gave this impression, because the other waiter and the establishment were exemplary.

We stopped for the night during our journey. A pleasant discovery. The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. The staff were very professional. The room had everything we needed.

A great place to stay, surrounded by greenery and peaceful despite its location in a business park. There's a secure garage for cyclists and very easy parking for cars. The room is very comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the raspberry jam! You can easily eat in; the terrace is lovely and the food is excellent!
