It's a shame that the room service is not entirely of quality (notably toilet paper missing)...and other details! Otherwise, well-served breakfast tray (in addition to the room price)...

Very good hotel, comfortable rooms, pleasant view of the Rhône. The only downside is that it is very complicated to park nearby.

La Chaumière

03/03/2024: Warm welcome, large and beautiful room with a clear view, in the heart of Tournon. Very well insulated from the outside, less from the inside.
02/12/2023: I love this place. Perfectly situated near the huge parking lot on the river (they have their own parking space but it’s 600m away) it offers good old-fashioned comfort with a smile, even if you arrive somewhat grumpy after a long drive as I did. Bed super comfy, with supplemental square pillows on top of the armoire for those of us unused to bolsters. Tea and coffee and a kettle in the room.Dogs welcome for a small supplement. If you don’t want to lug your bags up too many flights, ask for a room on the first floor. If you choose to park under the trees get a disk from the tourist office nextdoor on which to indicate the time you arrived. If you get here Saturday evening you’ll wake up in the middle of a big open market that fills the quay on Saturday mornings.

13/10/2023: Very good a ++ for the pistachio. To taste
03/09/2023: Very good ice cream with a good portion. We immediately see that it is homemade and that there is no coloring because the colors of the ice cream are natural depending on the maturity of the fruit. Friendly and welcoming waitress. Nothing to complain about except the slightly long waiting time because of only one waitress. Despite everything, I highly recommend this brand.
