Le Cyntra sur Villefontaine

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend the Grande Pharmacie in Villefontaine! The team is welcoming and professional, but a special thank you to a lovely blonde woman with short hair who was absolutely delightful. She offered excellent advice, was a great listener, patient, and extremely professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and guided me very well.

I removed my 1-star review after a wait of over 45 minutes and am now giving 4 stars because I noticed an improvement in waiting times since my last three visits, plus the attentive service and helpful advice. Great! Keep up the good work!

I love doing business with them. They're all so nice. ♡♡♡♡

It's perfect since the change of ownership!!! One of the former pharmacists was incredibly unpleasant; it was high time she retired if she couldn't stand people anymore. In addition to speaking loudly in front of everyone about people's treatments and problems, thus completely disregarding medical confidentiality, she was increasingly judgmental and aggressive (with me and others). There were always problems when I had to deal with her, to the point where I had to let other people go ahead or come back later when it was my turn and she was the only one available to help me wean off medication. Twice, I left in tears because she was so awful and humiliating. Although she did apologize profusely a while after the second time she spoke to me so rudely. Every time I came in on the day my medication was due, she would ask me to come back three days later, only to then deduct three days' worth of my prescription because I was late. She treated me like dirt. And she would loudly criticize me so the whole pharmacy could hear her gratuitous and inappropriate judgments. I almost switched pharmacies for my regular medication. So the change of ownership came at just the right time. The new pharmacists are all wonderful, offering good advice and genuinely kind—it's so refreshing!

I was served by a young woman this morning (wearing a mask, glasses, and a ponytail). I wanted to thank her again for her kindness and understanding!

I've updated my review because I noticed you've changed the opening hours displayed outside. Please change the hours at the entrance. Saturday is listed as open until 7:30 PM, yet you were closed when I arrived at 7:07 PM!

A huge thank you to Lydia for her professionalism, patience, attentiveness, and kindness!

I recommend it; you'll receive a very warm welcome.
