Le Foodlab Kimchi Kimchi sur Perpignan

C'est la deuxième fois que je mange au Kimchi Food Lab, après avoir repéré le restaurant il y a longtemps. Dépaysement garanti... Cuisine fusion nippono-coréenne... Service décontracté Le meilleur est dans l'assiette... Après avoir été conquis par le ramen végétarien la dernière fois, j'ai testé cette fois-ci les nouilles biang biang, en commençant par des gyozas crevettes. Fin du repas autour d'un mochi A refaire dans la salle à l'étage, assis sur des tatamis ☺️

Excellent cuisine from starter to dessert, full of flavors and discoveries, a treat! Typical setting (especially with the tatami mats) and exotic, with lots of little neat details everywhere in the restaurant. Very warm welcome. I recommend this address with my eyes closed!!

Don't you know Kimchi Kimchi? You have to get there quickly then! The best gyozas in the world! It’s pretty, causal but so pleasant and good! Here are fresh products, beautifully executed cuisine and skittles well selected by the boss!

Great little restaurant hidden away in one of the side streets. The food was fantastic, a bit small. Reservation is a good idea. We were lucky yo have arrived early abd was accepted without reservations. There were others who were turned away.

Very good cuisine! Reservation required as not many place settings. Very pleasant experience especially in the upstairs room where you can eat on tatami mats. Very pleasant staff.
