One of the few quality brasseries open on Sunday at lunchtime in the area, offering a nice selection of dishes. The portions were very generous and the food was high quality, and the service was very professional. There were a lot of us, so it took a little longer to be served.

I had the pleasure of dining at Le Gévaudan with a group of international guests after a seminar. It was a wonderful introduction to French gastronomy: generous portions, authentic cuisine, and highly professional service. My guests loved it. I highly recommend it.

The flavors are perfectly balanced, the ingredients are high-quality, and the presentation is impeccable. You can taste the passion and expertise in the kitchen. A truly delightful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed, and the service is excellent when Karine is there. I prefer to go in the morning. However, when the two gentlemen are working, I would give at most two stars for service and zero for atmosphere. They always seem grumpy and inattentive. It's a shame because I like their food and I would have come more often if I had felt more welcome at other times.
